At Talcube Learn, we are dedicated to creating innovative tools and resources that make financial literacy engaging and accessible for children across Africa. We strongly believe that every child should have the knowledge and skills to manage money effectively.
Damfe Samuel is driven by a vision to transform Africa’s future through financial literacy. In 2021, Damfe took a leap of faith and launched the Skillset Program, training university students in digital skills and freelancing. Over the years, this initiative has helped many students launch successful freelance careers. However, Damfe realized that earning money was only half the battle; many still needed more financial management skills. He knew that true empowerment lay in teaching people not just to earn but to grow and sustain their wealth.
Determined to make a bigger impact, Damfe pivoted in 2023 to focus on young children who could easily absorb foundational financial principles. He led a Career Guide Outreach in Ibadan, reaching hundreds of primary school students with essential financial concepts. In 2024, the Talcube team developed two innovative financial literacy games, Fili and Money Maze, engaging children in Lagos and Ibadan and teaching them about saving, budgeting, and investing through interactive play.
Through Talcube Learn, he is dedicated to building a financially literate generation across Africa, starting from the grassroots and making financial education an engaging and transformative experience for young minds.
